These terms apply to all purchases made at orosenda.com, operated by Shirley Pouillard trading as OROSENDA, Brüderstrasse 24a, 13595 Berlin, Germany (info@orosenda.com).

1. Contract formation

A contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

2. Prices

All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT. Prices may change at any time before your order is confirmed. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

3. Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and Stripe.

4. Shipping

We ship from Germany to all EU member states. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Product descriptions

We make every effort to display colours, materials, and dimensions accurately. Minor variations from product images are possible due to photography and screen settings.

7. Materials & care

OROSENDA pieces are crafted from sterling silver 925, gold-plated sterling silver 925, or solid gold (9K, 14K, 18K, 21K). The exact material is shown on each product page. To maintain condition, avoid contact with perfume, chlorine, and saltwater.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by German law. As an EU consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of the EU member state where you reside (Art. 18 Brussels Ia Regulation). Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

9. Right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under § 312g BGB. The full statutory withdrawal instructions in the prescribed legal form (Muster-Widerrufsbelehrung) and the model withdrawal form (Muster-Widerrufsformular) are set out at the top of our Refund Policy.
