Where we ship
We ship from Germany to all EU member states.

Delivery times
Germany: 1–3 business days
EU: 3–5 business days
Orders placed before 12:00 CET on a business day are shipped the same day (in-stock items). Orders placed after 12:00 CET or on weekends are shipped the next business day.

Shipping costs
Germany: €6.19 flat rate — free for orders of €300 or more
EU: €15.49 flat rate — free for orders of €300 or more
The final cost is shown at checkout before you complete payment — no surprises.

Tracking
Every order ships via DHL with a tracking link. You'll receive it by email once your parcel is handed to the carrier.

Preorder items
Some pieces are available on preorder. The dispatch window is shown on each product page. Preorder items ship as soon as stock arrives.

Lost or damaged parcels
Contact us at info@orosenda.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll investigate and replace or refund.
