We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

To start a return, email us at info@orosenda.com with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm the return address and next steps within 24 hours.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
